Warner Swasey Rebuilt Turret Lathe Head Clutch Shaft

Rebuilt Head Clutch Shaft

Gahr Machine Company was established in 1947 after our founder sold his first completely rebuilt Warner & Swasey No. 2 turret lathe. We have since expanded our rebuilding department to include repair services on mills, drills, lathes, grinders, and other metalworking equipment. In today’s competitive business climate, we understand the need to keep your company in peak operating condition, and we strive to provide a quality repair service within the time and budgetary constraints of modern production schedules.

The repair services we provide are flexible and depend solely on your needs. If a machine is malfunctioning, a quick troubleshoot over the phone may pinpoint the problem. If the problem is extensive, we provide repair services ranging from a basic tune-up to an advanced reconditioning, or complete rebuild. We stock replacement parts, service manuals, and can manufacture parts to fit your machine if necessary.

The Gahr repair process begins when a machine arrives via freight to our machine shop in Northeast, Ohio. We unbox and inspect the unit for worn or damaged parts, and pinpoint mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical problems, and determine the parts and labor costs necessary to complete the job. Depending on customer preference, we can repair, recondition, or rebuild the machine. We then test the machine to ensure it is working properly, and freight ship it back to its original location. Our work is guaranteed and technical support is provided while the machine is set up and test run.

To get in touch with us, call (216) 732-3035, email sales@gahrmachine.com, or fill out this contact form and explain your repair needs. Our operating hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday – Friday. If you contact us during work hours a Gahr Machine specialist will assist you. If contacted during off hours, we will respond the next business day.
